A double grid that locks onto the Spit Fire Braai Skewer - to braai peices of meat with ease.

Long nose lighter.
Start with hot coal tray.
Place side panel inside of hot coal tray.
Turn screws on forks to face vertical.
Place skewer diagonal on hot coal tray.
Tighten screws on grid all the way down and to face vertical and parallel to hot coal tray.
Place grid on top of hot coal tray.
Place flat side of braai on top of grid, facing down.
Pack braai motor back into its box.
Slide motor into steel frame of the second side of braai.
Place second side of braai on top of flat side, facing up.
Now slide braai into bag.
Fasten inner safety belt.
Close bag.
You are now ready to go.
